Samantha J is a traveling makeup artist (MUA) based in Salt Lake City. She works on a diverse range of clients for commercial, editorial, film/TV, pageant and bridal; all with a clean and elegant aesthetic.

Married and a mother to two boys, one with Autism 🧩, Samantha received her Advanced Makeup Certification in January of 2017 through a private training program in the Salt Lake Valley. She started her career in bridal looks through Utah Bridal Hair and Makeup before focusing on commercial work opportunities. Her clientele is a wide range of ethnicities and bone structures and she is very comfortable and capable with all colors and skin tones.

Samantha is also honored to have worked with Sadie Robertson Huff and is the sponsored makeup artist for Miss America Utah. In addition to extensive pageant/stage makeup, she has spent a lot her time and talents in the film, television and commercial industries. Her portfolio is deep, highlighted by work with many companies such as Qualtrics, dōTERRA®, Clad & Cloth, Babe Lash Cosmetics, Stay Co and Donna Bella Hair®. Samantha has worked with many individuals for branding, headshots, publications/books and television appearances.
